A CSR has a strong commitment to creating a positive customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities of this Position
No telemarketing or out bound calling!!
- Answering calls, collecting and entering information in a customer data base for further follow-up
- Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure they were satisfied with our service
- Must be a self-starter who can bring positive change to our systems
- Strong ability to work within a team and with others
- Must be available 2 to 5 days a week
- Customer service driven and able to handle high call volume
- Create and maintain a fun working environment
Requirements
- Excellent phone presence and superior phone skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience in a call center setting, truck dispatching or receptionist position a plus, but not a requirement
- Must be on time and dependable
- Ability to handle a high-volume of calls in a poised and friendly manner
- Have good customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS WORD/EXCEL a plus
